** Accounts Payable Clerk
** to add to our team.

Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving AAA Members for more than 100 years.
** Primary Duties:
*** Process payables for overhead payables.
* Data entry, interpret contracts
* For cash disbursements: process checks, wires, Foreign currency and commissions
* Contact vendors and research any discrepancies or issues
* Vendor Setup and payment method verification
* Create and maintain Direct Deposit and Wire templates
* Open and prioritize incoming mail & email and route for appropriate approval.
* Other duties as assigned
** Prerequisites:
*** Accounts payable experience is preferred
* Thorough knowledge of Great Plains &
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to work well with people, to include co-workers, management, other departments and customers
* Professionalism and discretion is required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

** Based in Westlake Village, M-F, Flex schedule available

The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
