What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and increase vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory
  • Train, equip, and support auto dealerships in using the Smart Auction platform
  • Maintain daily in-person customer contacts to grow the dealer base
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new dealer customers
  • Ensure dealer customers are informed about current promotions and incentives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience interfacing with automotive dealers
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
  • Strong direct selling skills suitable for a commission‑based compensation plan
  • Ability to manage projects and provide strategic advice in areas of expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience with online vehicle remarketing platforms
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with training and coaching methodologies for dealer customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
