Our client is a fast-growing, innovative technology consultancy specializing in high-quality IT Staffing Augmentation and dedicated team formation.
We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North American team. The primary mission of this role is to generate qualified leads and set initial meetings for the Commercial Director, focusing on organizations that require IT Staffing Augmentation services.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Research and identify target companies and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in the US and Canada that utilize IT Staffing Augmentation, focusing on technology leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of IT Procurement).
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, Linked In, cold calling) to penetrate target accounts and generate interest in Coderland’s staffing solutions.
- Develop compelling and customized messaging that clearly articulates Coderland's value proposition of providing scalable, expert technical talent.
- Diligently follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated activities to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Qualification and Appointment Setting
- Conduct thorough qualifying calls to understand prospects' current staffing needs, budgetary constraints, timeline, and decision-making processes (BANT qualification framework).
- Successfully schedule and coordinate qualified meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the Commercial Director and senior sales team members.
- Maintain a high volume of daily activities (calls, emails, connection requests) to consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas.
- CRM Management and Reporting
- Accurately track all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance, pipeline metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, optimize targeting strategies, and provide feedback on market engagement.
- Opportunity to grow into a senior Account Executive/Commercial role within 18-24 months.

- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development role, preferably selling IT services, software, or, ideally, IT Staffing/Recruitment services.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and effectively use cold calling and personalized email outreach.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and familiarity with terms related to software development, cloud services, and IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and persistent demeanor.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience targeting IT decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) in the US and Canadian markets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones. Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.
