Compensation:$100,000 – $175,000/year
Overview:
Seeking a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care within a correctional setting. The ARNP will work under physician supervision, delivering advanced nursing services to a diverse inmate population.
Position Highlights:
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and initiate treatment plans.
- Provide primary care including medication management, wound care, and chronic disease monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
- Support continuity of care by overseeing hospitalizations and follow-up.
- Participate in emergency response, on-call rotation, and quality improvement efforts.
- Contribute to a safe and secure clinical environment.
- Schedule - 5x8 - Days
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university’s nursing program with a degree.
- Current licensure and/or certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with training in Family Practice in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
