We have partnered with a Law Practice Firm in the California area to provide them with a Hearing Representative. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Candidate must be located in Southern California.
Prioritized must haves for the Hearing Representative- Workers compensation legal file content to address settlement and litigation of all outstanding issues, preparing Status Reports, Conference Summaries, Trial Summaries, and other reports as needed, billing entries for the work performed, preparation of legal documents, communication with clients, as well as any other duties.
- Knowledge of CA Workers Compensation law and at least two years of experience working on the defense side as a Hearing Representative in a CA Workers Compensation law firm.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to details, the ability to multitask between projects, take on files in a proactive, urgent, and result-driven way, and operate with a little supervision.
- Remote optional and some travel to work-related venues.
- No sponsor ships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
