We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Project Manager to lead an ECC to S/4

HANA Brownfield migration with a strong focus on business stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and delivery governance
. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure key business outcomes are met while coordinating technical execution through internal teams and external partners.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the SAP S/4
  
  HANA Brownfield migration.
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and program execution across all work streams.

• Serve as the primary interface between business leadership, IT teams, and system integrators.
• Establish and lead business stakeholder forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Ensure business requirements, readiness, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met.
• Provide clear, concise executive-level status updates focused on business impact, risks, and decisions required.
• Drive timely decision-making and escalation resolution with business and executive stakeholders.

• Define and enforce program governance, change control, and decision frameworks.
• Maintain oversight of key business deliverables, including process readiness, testing sign-off, training readiness, and go-live approval.
• Partner with business owners to ensure successful UAT, cutover readiness, and operational adoption.

• Coordinate internal teams, business process owners, and external partners to ensure accountability and delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed milestones and quality standards.
• Foster strong collaboration and communication across global and cross-functional teams.

• 15-25 years of experience with 10+ years of SAP project management experience
• Has managed at least three (3) large S/4
  
  HANA Brownfield Migrations across multiple Countries.
• Key Need is “ability to talk the Businesses Language as well as know IT”
• Strong business-facing leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team enterprise programs.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA environments (technical depth not required).
