• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in conflict resolution
• Technical literacy in system architecture and the ability to discuss system design documents

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Experience in a development role (Software Engineer, Data Engineer, etc.) or managing teams with exposure to code and system design
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Ability to manage projects utilizing AI and specific cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Proven ability to resolve complex cross-team dependencies and architectural bottlenecks
