• Maintain accurate data in provider file data systems, including updates and processing of provider information
• Analyze file maintenance requests to ensure compliance with established guidelines and regulations
• Contact external sources for information clarification and documentation review
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Service, or Claims
• Ability to communicate effectively with both providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience in a healthcare-related environment
• Familiarity with BCBS and CMS requirements
• Knowledge of data integrity protocols in provider management
