We are currently seeking our Lead Midwife
. Applicants should bring significant clinical experience, confidence in team building, and a strong interest—paired with demonstrated skill—in mentorship. This is an opportunity for a midwife who wants to help shape culture, guide clinical excellence, and play a foundational role in a growing, mission-driven practice.

• Current CNM certification and eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• Significant clinical experience as a practicing CNM
• Comfort practicing in a collaborative OB–midwifery model
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated interest in mentorship and team development
