Schedule:

Monday‑through‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with on‑call rotation. Sacred Journey Hospice seeks a passionate, dedicated Hospice RN to provide expert, patient‑centered care at a critical time in people's lives. • Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patient’s wishes and goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as part of direct nursing care.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required by local branch.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
