• Responsible for personal safety and monitor the safety of others.
• Responsible for providing team guidance on daily tasks.
• Responsible for the completion of shift report by the end of the shift and for communicating issues to management right away.
• Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping of department by making certain all tasks are completed on shifts.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and reporting machine malfunctions.
• Responsible for ensuring equipment is inspected throughout the shift and repaired as needed.
• Responsible for ensuring proper and efficient changeover.
• Responsible for preventing & limiting the amount of defects.
• Responsible for ensuring the production of runs for all styles are prepared and reported if any issues.
• Responsible for ensuring PPE are available for the shift (gloves, safety glasses, etc.).

• High-School or GED diploma Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the operation of production machinery and monitoring products preferred.
• Flexible for all shifts.
• General Labor, Production Worker, lift up to 60 lbs.
