We’re hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production machinery running safely and efficiently. You’ll handle equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to reduce downtime and support smooth manufacturing operations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work with VFDs, motors, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas using 5S principles.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.

• Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and controls
• Experience with fabrication (welding is a plus)
• Must be able to read and understand diagrams, blueprints and technical equipment manuals
• Must be highly detail and safety-oriented, able to work individually and in a team
• Ability to learn and identify tools and their proper uses

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Adairsville, GA. Three or more years of experience are required for this position.
