Job Overview

As a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) at Aspen Dental, you will provide daily front office support, enhance patient experience, and contribute to high‑quality dental service.

Job Type: Full Time | Salary: $17 – $19 per hour

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, procedures, regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payment.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
