** Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
** will be working from our Calhoun, GA office. Reporting to our Indoor Customer Service Manager, this role blends order management, customer communication, and shipping coordination into one role.

* What you’ll do:

*** Receive, enter, and process customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy and urgency.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on orders, products, and delivery timelines.
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
* Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries across plants, suppliers, warehouses, and job sites.
* Track shipments and work with brokers and carriers to resolve delays or discrepancies.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including BOLs, customs forms, and compliance paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
* Document and follow through on customer inquiries, complaints, and freight claims to ensure timely resolution.
** What you need for success:
*** 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
* Manufacturing experience preferred.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and collaboration tools.
