This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Calhoun, GA. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will manage customer accounts, address concerns promptly, and work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

• Experience in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
