We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate for our Hercules SLR brand in our Calgary, Alberta location. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the warehouse, ensuring organization of the area, inventory and equipment and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of customer sales orders, branch transfers and departmental picking.

Principle Responsibilities

Performs inspections on below the hook lifting gear, rigging gear and fall protection devices

Completes reports on inspected items neatly and accurately

Assist in other departments as needed such as rigging and warehouse duties

Submits reports to administration upon completion or daily depending on job specifications

Maintains paperwork and records of used inventory for billing and certification purposes

Maintains company equipment used on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Required knowledge and training

High school degree or equivalent an asset

Previous warehouse experience is required

Previous customer service experience an asset

Computer skills and ability to use systems for shipping and receiving

Previous training in forklift operation considered an asset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level

Legally entitled to work in Canada
