, a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is currently looking for a Warehouse Clerk for its Calgary Service Center.

What awaits you:

Our Warehouse Clerk has a key role in the Volvo Group | Prevost Division by performing all functions relating to the receipt, storage, and shipping of factory source parts, accessories, and related material.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming orders, inspect for damaged or missing components.
  • Receive, document, and store inbound shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter parts into inventory locations and weekly cycle counts.
  • Retrieve back-ordered items from inbound shipments.
  • Inspection of warehouse equipment.
  • Picking parts for technicians, heavy duty parts experience would be an asset.
  • Inter-branch deliveries with rare parts pick-ups within Calgary and the surrounding area.
  • Working with staggered days and times, typically Monday to Friday.
  • Building maintenance- shop cleaning, recycling of scrap materials, and empty trash.
  • Able to work in adverse climate conditions.
  • General warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Assist employees in other job areas when necessary.
  • Various other tasks as assigned.

What you need:
  • 2 years of relevant warehouse experience (cars, buses, or trucks)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operation experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an asset
  • Able to be mobile through the warehouse and parts department
  • Must be fluent in English, reading, and writing
  • Must have great computer skills, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Clean class 5 driver’s license.
