As a Logistics Coordinator
, you will act as the vital link between our customers and freight carriers, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently, service expectations are exceeded, and relationships are built on trust.

• Act as a liaison between customers and carriers to ensure smooth freight movement
• Coordinate shipments across multiple modes including Full Truckload, LTL, Expedited, Specialized, and Over‑Dimensional services
• Provide accurate quotes, schedule shipments, and monitor freight status
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and resolve problems quickly
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure repeat business
• Support the team in achieving service excellence and performance targets

• A positive CAN‑DO attitude with strong communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of 3PL (Third‑Party Logistics) experience
• Knowledge of multiple modes of transportation (LTL, Expedited, Specialized, Over‑Dimensional)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent teamwork and team‑building skills
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Post‑secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain is an asset
