Are you energized by fast-paced logistics and complex operational coordination? Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Truck Operations Representative (Logistics Planner) to join our client's distribution team, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe, efficient delivery of billions of litres of fuel across Canada. You will serve as a central link between third-party carriers and internal stakeholders, ensuring bulk fuel deliveries are accurately scheduled, tracked, and executed.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in transportation logistics, enjoy organizing large datasets, and are passionate about continuous improvement.

- Support carriers and internal teams with day-to-day fuel delivery operations.
- Monitor national trucking coverage and performance to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.
- Execute redirects, reroutes, load holds, and other logistics functions within SAP.
- Oversee scheduling of gas additives, sulphur, ethanol, and pet coke deliveries.
- Assist in the investigation and stewardship of safety incidents.
- Coordinate pump outs, field inventories, and complete Enablon incident reporting.
- Create and maintain site maps and plot cards for over 1,500 customer locations.
- Address construction-related impacts to delivery routes or operations, ensuring accurate routing and contingency planning.
- Track and steward downgrade and runout reporting.
- Monitor and manage the Trucking Group mailbox, resolving routine trucking inquiries.
- Act as a communication hub between carriers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of delivery plans .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large datasets.
- Proactive mindset with strong focus on continuous improvement.
- A safety-first attitude with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
