Job Title: Truck Operations Representative (Logistics Planner)

Location: Calgary, AB

Our client is seeking a Truck Operations Representative (Logistics Planner) to join their team. As a Truck Operations Representative (Logistics Planner), you will be part of the Midstream Truck Operations department supporting the coordination of fuel delivery logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support carriers and internal stakeholders in daily fuel delivery operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor trucking coverage and performance across the nation to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in investigating safety incidents and steward safety protocols.
• Create and maintain site maps and plot cards for over 1,500 customer locations.
• Coordinate routing adjustments, reroutes, and load hold functions within SAP systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage and organize large datasets effectively.
