TF Truckload & Logistics is growing
, and we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Technician for our customer site at Sunrise, Fort McKay. The schedule will consist of 7 days and 7 days off (Tues to Tues), with a 6:00 am start time and 6:00 pm end time. Must be available to start Jan 20th.

The role of the Warehouse Technicianwithin the Supply Chain department supports logistics and yard operations by performing various warehouse tasks to support the movement of pipe and other materials within the yard according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards. Stock is tracked in an efficient and accurate manner. This position works alongside yard labours and loader operators to load pipe onto truck beds according to customer inventory and material order details (i.e. picking slip) as well as to offload incoming.
Role and Responsibilities:- Responsible for issuing and distributing material, as well as shipping and receiving material as per established Receiving Control Plans
- Responsible for using a forklift, to accept, count and then move incoming deliveries to the warehouse or specific departments, properly place items for storage and access, move materials as needed and deliver outgoing materials to the shipping area.
- Assist truck and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles
- Perform other material handling activities such as counting, sorting, packing and unpacking
- Ensure product quality comply with defined standards and reporting deviations
- Carry out duties in an effective manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards
- Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning equipment
- Perform other duties as required, including, but not limited to effective yard and warehouse clean‑up, yard maintenance, administrative duties
- Minimum 5years warehouse experience required
- Experience with shipping, receiving of material, kitting and staging material
- Experience operating sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck and zoom boom / telehandler
- Warehouse / parts picker experience required
- Experience identifying issues with racking system and stored product
- Computer experience - SAP experience is required
- Knowledge of MTRs, material certificates, and receiving documentation
- Safe operation of all equipment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet deadline and work in a team environment
- Responsible for the safety of yourself and others while at the worksite.
- Reporting of unsafe conditions/incidents.
