• Pedagogical – Excellent teaching skills and ability to pass on technical and safety rules to beginners and experienced participants.
• Responsible – Ensure the smooth organization of all water sports.
• Passionate – Help customers discover, grow and challenge themselves.

• Set up and organize all waterski activities according to Club Med standards.
• Organize guest registration (adults and children).
• Provide waterski material to guests and ensure they are aware of safety practices.
• Promote and market waterski activities within the resort to ensure maximum attendance.
• Plan and schedule waterski duties and weekly staff hours.
• Manage waterski instructor team, set objectives, and provide training when needed.
• Teach waterski and wakeboarding to guests at all levels.
• Organize waterski and wakeboarding competitions, and create new games and entertainment.
