Reporting to the Manager, Automation & Business Intelligence, the Salesforce Developer will work on making enhancements to our existing Salesforce Implementation and building our new Salesforce Experience Cloud site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a passion for using technology to create social change.

What you will do
Enhance and maintain our Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and Data Management.
Collaborate with our existing development team to design and implement new features and functionality.
Optimize our use of Salesforce products, including Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Ensure data integrity and system performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
What you will bring
Experience
Computer Science Degree
Minimum 3 years of development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, Experience Cloud Consultant) an asset
Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud an asset
Attributes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with data management and integration techniques
Previous experience working in the non-profit sector an asset
Knowledge of agile development methodologies an asset
