The Role

As a Senior Android Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable Android applications that support enterprise wealth and asset management platforms. You will contribute to architectural decisions, promote engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, user-focused mobile solutions.

This role combines deep Android expertise with strong architectural thinking and a commitment to code quality, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android features using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful mobile solutions
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions for the mobile platform
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Diagnose and resolve complex performance, reliability, and scalability challenges while championing automated testing and CI/CD practices
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–7 years of professional experience developing and maintaining Android applications at scale
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines, Flows, generics, and advanced language features
  • Deep understanding of Android Architecture Components (View Model, Live Data, Room, Navigation) and Jetpack Compose
  • Solid experience with MVVM, modular architecture, dependency injection frameworks (Dagger or Hilt), and RESTful APIs
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with performance profiling, memory management, and crash analysis tools
  • Experience implementing unit testing and automated testing strategies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control workflows
  • Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
  • Exposure to secure mobile development best practices
