Years of Experience needed -

6 to 8 years with hands

Technical

Skills:

Hands on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, PCF, Mongo DB

Overall, 6 to 8 years’ experience as a developer

2 to 5 years exp in Core Java, Spring Boot

Min. 2 years’ experience in designing/developing Microservices in cloud environment

Experience in Rest API

Working knowledge in PCF

Experience in Rabbit

MQ is a good to have

Able to lead the team and solve their technical problems

Experience in ATDD

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Experience in Code refactoring and implementing best practices

Good analytical skills in Requirement analysis and Suggestions for improvements, identify requirement gaps

Exposure to creation of high-level and low-level design document

Should have experience in coding with standard and able to deliver code independently

Able to trouble shoot and provide quick resolution.

Experience in peer review and exposure to following organizational process.

Experience in impact analysis and defect analysis

Should be able to follow Mphasis process

Should be able to follow Schwab process

Should have worked in Agile environment

Good team Player and servant leader

Self-Driven; self-starter; initiator

Takes accountability and ownership of tasks assigned

A problem solver, who can find his way around when there is no one to provide a solution and take it team along

Innovative thinker

Good Mentoring skills; able to provide guidance/training to the team

Able to lead an offshore team

Certifications needed -

Springboot, PCF certifications
