Design, develop, and ship product features end-to-end—spanning UI components, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure—with increasing autonomy and technical ownershipArchitect and implement scalable, highly available systems using Amazon Web Services, Docker, and TerraformEstablish and maintain software quality through robust CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive test automation, and code quality standardsInvestigate and resolve production issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions and performance optimizationsApply system design patterns including microservice architecture and serverless computing to build solutions that scale to millions of usersParticipate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to drive technical excellence across the teamAI-Powered Development:
Integrate GenAI tools like Anthropic Claude into your workflow for code generation, technical documentation, and automated testingUtilize AI-assisted debugging platforms to accelerate issue identification and resolution in production environmentsApply advanced prompt engineering techniques to generate infrastructure-as-code templates and backend service scaffoldingEvaluate and implement agentic AI tools that enhance developer workflows, including automated test generation, intelligent code review assistance, and deployment automationQualifications
2-4 years of professional software development experience in a production environmentBachelor's degree in Software Engineering (other Bachelor's degrees will not be considered)Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, Python, or Java Script Demonstrated experience building and deploying web applications, with understanding of both frontend and backend developmentSolid grasp of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patternsTrack record of delivering pragmatic, maintainable solutions that balance technical elegance with business requirementsStrong sense of ownership and accountability for code quality and system reliabilitySelf-directed learning ability with capacity to independently research and master new technologiesCollaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for technical discussionsPreferred Experience:

The salary range for this position is $47000.00 - $82500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
