A leading social services agency in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Case Manager for a 1-year contract. The position involves supporting young adults experiencing homelessness through an intensive case management model. Responsibilities include direct support for tenants, crisis management, and facilitating workshops. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and First Aid certification are required.
This is a full-time role with shifts on days, evenings, and weekends.
