A community-focused organization in Calgary is seeking a full-time Family and Connection Facilitator to engage families in the treatment process for youth aged 9 to 13. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly, conducting assessments, facilitating family cohesion, and coordinating aftercare services. Candidates with a degree in Human Services or Social Sciences and experience in therapeutic care will be prioritized.
