Early Childhood Educators

Our client, a distinguished After School childcare company located in various locations in North Calgary is seeking Early Childhood Educators to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a daily balance of active/quiet, indoor/outdoor, and individual/group activities.
• Ensure childcare regulations are adhered to.
• Lead children's activities and observe child development and progress.
• Foster positive relationships and communication with parents and caregivers.
• Support structured programs while creating safe and engaging environments for the children.
• Work closely with other educators and childcare staff to create a productive learning environment.
• Light cleaning and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children.
• A positive, enthusiastic, patient attitude with the ability interact with children in an encouraging, and engaging manner.
• Self-starter who takes initiative to add to the classroom.
• Warm and caring individual who loves children.
• Must have completed the Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate.
• A vulnerable sector check is required.
