• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in cement finishing, and workers who install and service commercial, civil and residential customers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Communicate with the other onsite trades, contractors and lasse as necessary
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Assist with setting up forms, removing and ensuring work sites are clean
• Requisition materials and supplies for jobs when required
• Read and interpret blueprints for jobs to be completed
• Help out the crew when necessary especially when people do not show up
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Track time sheets and material usage
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Report production tracking for management as required and control field logging/reports daily
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

• 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher or 2 years min concrete foreman experience
• Punctual
• Attention to detail
• Able to lead by example and empower employees to be their best
• Strong conflict resolution ability
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed to support their team
• Computer literate
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Driver's licence is required
• Must be able to provide references to confirm work experience
