• Journeyman Electrician RED Seal.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, distribution or automated plant operations considered an asset.
• Ability to lift 50‑70 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights and see clearly at 35 feet or more.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Correct use of maintenance tools and machine shop equipment.
• High degree of electrical troubleshooting skills and an understanding of safe practices within electrical code.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management programs.
• Good communicator on the phone when dealing with technical support.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Valid Arial Work Platform Safety Training certificate considered an asset.
• Valid Fall Protection certificate; valid Forklift certificate considered an asset.
