Overview
Likewize is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our WeFix Repair team and cover the Greater Calgary Area. This position represents an existing vacancy within our organization.
A Likewize repair technician is the ‘face’ of our company. Whether interacting with the end customer at their home or place of work or driving Likewize’s mobile service center around bustling streets, you will represent Likewize. You are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customers’ devices accurately, efficiently and to the highest standards to ensure best-in-class customer experience first time, every time.
Responsibilities- Using Likewize systems, attend all customer repair bookings on time and within the confirmed timeslot, collecting daily parts required first.
- Meet and greet customers at a location of their choosing (home or place of business) and complete all inbound quality control procedures.
- Complete all repairs within predefined time frames.
- Complete all outbound quality control procedures.
- Complete all system-based administration procedures before returning a device to the customer and progressing to the next appointment.
- Return unused parts and/or salvage to the appropriate drop-off point as required by the business.
- Be aware of and monitor your own performance in line with company values, service levels and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that the mobile workshop and surrounding area are presentable and maintained to a high standard.
- Oversee vehicle condition and escalate any maintenance required to the Likewize manager or head office.
- Check tools and equipment are present, correct and in good condition.
- Keep customers proactively informed of any delays or problems.
- Seek opportunities for business improvements and raise these to the relevant stakeholders.
- Actively collect feedback and referrals from customers.
Required Qualifications
- G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record, with the ability to drive our mobile company service vans
- Basic understanding of how electronics operate
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication
- Strong skills in customer service
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word)
We are offering an hourly rate of $25 CAD per hour for this position.
