This is a permanent, full-time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week and great benefits!

We are looking for a commercial boiler technician with experience on troubleshooting and annual service on different kinds of hydronic boilers.

• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
• Ensure daily communication with Leader
• Respond to service calls in a timely and effective manner
• Size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers
• Plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls - these piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids
• Maintain and repair existing plumbing
• Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet

• Valid Journeyman Certificate as a Plumber and a Gasfitter (B), Red Seal is an asset
• 3 years multi-family residential / commercial experience
• 3 years experience as a commercial boiler technician
• 3 years of hydronic heating experience

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Exceptional Leadership skills
• Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environment
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
• Have the physical stamina to lift heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kilograms
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods and sometimes work in cramped positions
• Vehicle required
• Valid driver's license required
• On call and overtime required
