We are looking for a Service & Warranty Technician to join our team who ensures that every home we build meets and exceeds homeowner expectations after construction is complete. This role is perfect for a hands‑on problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong customer‑service mindset. You’ll be responsible for conducting inspections, performing maintenance, and resolving warranty‑related issues with efficiency and professionalism.

As a key point of contact for homeowners, you’ll work closely with trade partners and internal teams to deliver a smooth, high‑quality service experience. • Conduct inspections and repairs related to truss movement, ductwork, and general home maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems such as tankless water heaters and AHU systems (training provided).
• Manage painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty claims and service requests.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee warranty‑related repairs with trade partners.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and homeowner communications using company software.
• Communicate with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to resolve issues professionally.
• Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and maintenance best practices.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, home maintenance, or service‑related roles, preferably in residential homebuilding.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for general home repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
