Ultimate Renovations is looking for a motivated Finishing Carpenter Apprentice who wants to grow their craftsmanship while working alongside experienced professionals on luxury renovation projects.

• Assisting with the installation of custom trim, molding, baseboards, and doors.
• Supporting the assembly and installation of built-ins, wainscoting, and fine woodworking details.
• Assisting with cabinetry installations and minor repairs.
• Learning proper measuring, cutting, and installation techniques to ensure precision work.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Supporting general site duties as required, including pre-board, warranty, and miscellaneous scopes.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and work both indoors and outdoors when required.

• Enrolled in or interested in pursuing a carpentry apprenticeship.
• 0–2 years of experience in carpentry or construction (finish carpentry exposure is an asset).
• Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve your craft.
• Ability to take direction and apply feedback positively.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
