We’re seeking a talented General Labourer/Carpenter Helper (Semi-Skilled) to join our Calgary community. - Work together with trade & construction teams to achieve project objectives
- Perform tasks in the improvement of facilities that address building and client issues (e.g. painting, drywall repairs, door repairs, counter top replacements, framing and other carpentry work)
- Respond to service requests and emergencies
- Complete accurate and detailed documentation on a regular basis
- Portray a favourable image of the organization while liaising with and addressing client issues and concerns
- Two years of previous construction & renovation experience considered an asset
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Carpentry apprentiship or equivelent experience an asset.
- Owns basic hand tools
- Work well within a team environment.
- Comfitable using computers and mobile automation platforms.
- Able to use basic power tools and complete basic construction tasks.
- Strong customer care and communication skills
- Experience working in a commercial, public sector, and industrial environment.
- Due to the security requirements of some of our clients you must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Be authorized to legally work in Canada.
