Journeyman Plumber

Overview

You will be working for a National REIT who own a large portfolio of residential properties across Canada. This company is well known for its staff retention and offering affordable homes and building communities. Due to growth they are in need of a new Journeyman Plumber to support their residential portfolio throughout Calgary.

You will report to the Lead Plumber and be working in a team of 5, overseeing a large multi-family portfolio across Calgary. You will mainly be responsible for carrying out annual service and boiler troubleshooting on older generation boilers. Other duties will include annual inspections, deficiencies & service of residential furnaces & industrial boilers, hot water tanks, air conditioners, drainage line repairs and a whole lot more.

You must have a valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate / General Gas Fitter and be Cross Connection certified, ideally with 3+ years experience. You will have repairs and maintenance knowledge/experience with hydronic heating systems, in either residential or commercial real estate environments and strong experience with older generation boilers. Good IT skills and familiarity working with a tablet is highly beneficial along with strong communication skills.
