As an Electrician Apprentice (2nd –4th Year), you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting electrical systems in commercial buildings to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on lighting systems, panels, breakers, and emergency systems.
• Assisting with electrical inspections and ensuring work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
• Coordinating with other trades and operational teams for seamless service delivery.
• Responding promptly to service calls and assisting with electrical‑related emergencies as required.

• Registered 2nd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice with a strong desire to continue developing skills and growing with the team.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a commercial or facilities‑based electrical role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes (CEC), electrical systems, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in the use of electrical tools, testing instruments, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces, as required.

• Experience working in commercial real estate environments.
• Additional training in building automation or energy management systems.
