- Continuously prepare and supply the driller with necessary tooling and materials to maintain operations
- Handle drill rods, casing, core tubes, and core samples
- Maintain and organize appropriate inventory levels of materials, supplies, and tooling for the drill rig and support vehicles
- Assist the Driller, clients, and other team members as required
- Perform regular and repetitive lifts of 50-90 lbs
- Must maintain and possess a valid Class 5 or 3 Driver's License
- 1-3 years of experience in geotechnical or environmental drilling is an asset
- Mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair small equipment is an asset
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Experience working in the field in remote and/or varied weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in a similar role within the drilling industry
- Familiarity with advanced drilling techniques and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
