• Install and finish interior and exterior trim, doors, frames, moldings, and millwork
• Perform finishing work including baseboards, casings, cabinetry, hardware, and paneling
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
• Ensure work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Work independently and as part of a team

• Journeyperson Carpenter certification (required)
• Proven experience in finishing carpentry
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass site-specific safety requirements
