• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co‑coordinate and schedule activities
• Oversee apprenticeship training
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Train or arrange for training
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

3–4 people, including floor covering installers, trades helpers, and labourers.

• Security & Safety: Bondable;
  Criminal record check required
• Transportation: Must have own transportation
• Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, team player
• Language: English
• Experience: Experience an asset
