The Opportunity

We’re hiring reliable, professional Security Guards in Calgary for long-term roles. If you’re customer-focused, calm under pressure, and serious about growth, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security

  • Identify, monitor, and report security risks and incidents

  • Respond promptly to alarms, threats, and emergencies

  • Apply sound knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and relevant provincial statutes

  • Use our E-Armour mobile apps to complete daily activity and incident reports

  • Scan patrol checkpoints via E-Armour Software

  • Use of Force: Apply approved techniques when required, in line with policy, regulation, and safety best practices

    • Requirements

    What You Bring

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal English)

  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and computers

  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow post orders and take lead when needed

  • License: Valid Alberta Security Guard License (required)

  • Certification: Use of Force (preferred; required for the higher rate)

  • Experience: 2+ years in security (preferred)

  • Event Security (ABST required): $18/hour

  • Use of Force Certified: $20/hour
