Lead a team of On-site security guardManage and maintain the daily schedule of security guardsExperience in conducting security audits and assessmentsExperience with access control systems and security protocolsAbility to develop and implement standard operating proceduresAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)Experience in emergency response planning and executionQualifications for Security Supervisor
