As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

• Hourly wage of $24 + comprehensive benefits

  - Night Shift 1930 - 0730 on a 4/3 split

• Lead a team of On-site security guard
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security guards
• Experience in conducting security audits and assessments
• Experience with access control systems and security protocols
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)
• Experience in emergency response planning and execution

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Must be in Canada for 5 years to get reliability clearance required for the position
• Track record of promoting team development and maintaining high performance standards
• 3 years of experience in security and team management
• Hold a Valid Security license
• First aid certification
• Able to travel to Airdrie and Balzac
• Must have a Car, driver's license and clean drivers abstract
