Solar Sales Rep

This is not a remote position. This role involves direct, in-person client engagement and requires a full-time commitment.

• Proactively engage with prospective clients in a designated territory to generate interest in our solar energy solutions.
• Conduct educational presentations on the benefits of solar power, including cost savings and environmental impact.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for a senior sales team member to close the deal.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• A positive attitude and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with direct customer interaction in a field-based role.
• A passion for sustainability and clean energy is a plus.
• No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Average First-Year Earnings: $30,000 as a part-time to 100,000 as full time + (uncapped).
• Performance-based compensation: This role offers a highly rewarding commission structure. Top performers have the potential to earn well into six figures annually.
