• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements effectively
• Manage sales pipeline using tools such as Asana and Excel to track progress and forecast revenue
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Experience in sales preffered
• Strong negotiation and business development abilities
• Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of the Flooring Industry is appreciated but not required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
