About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Sales Representative to champion our custom metal fabrication, welding, and custom pipe projects
. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise who loves building relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to showcase and sell our industrial product lines.
  • Prospect and engage new clients in trucking, rail, marine, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Work closely with engineering, estimating, and fabrication teams to deliver impeccable service.
  • Build long-term relationships, understanding each client’s needs and tailoring solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay at the forefront of market and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of technical or industrial B2B sales experience (fabrication/welding/pipe strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of metal fabrication, piping systems, skid systems, load line containment, and fluid transfer solutions an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A motivated, goal-driven professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable with a mix of independent work and collaboration.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary ($70,000–$80,000) plus commission.
  • On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$130,000+ for strong performers.
