As we continue to grow in the Calgary market, we are looking for an experienced and driven Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Sales Representative to join our team.

The EWP Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, generating sales, and providing technical expertise related to engineered wood products including I-joists, LVL, roof trusses, and other structural components. The ideal candidate brings previous EWP sales experience, framing knowledge, or structural design experience and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Develop and grow EWP sales within the Calgary and surrounding markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and framing crews
• Review plans and provide accurate material take-offs and product recommendations
• Collaborate with design and estimating teams to deliver complete EWP packages
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
• Prepare quotes, follow up on bids, and close sales opportunities
• Stay current with building codes, product innovations, and market trends
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals

• Proven experience in EWP sales OR
• Hands-on framing experience OR
• Structural/design experience related to engineered wood products
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Mitek Safire and Biztrack is and asset
