Sterling Glass & Hardware is a trusted supplier of high‑quality glass, glazing supplies, architectural hardware, and related products serving contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, product expertise, and strong industry relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary. This role is the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and plays a key part in delivering outstanding service, processing orders accurately, and supporting daily branch operations.

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information, recommendations, and technical guidance
• Process sales transactions, quotes, and invoices accurately
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders efficiently
  
  Maintain organized and clean sales counter and showroom areas
• Support inventory control, restocking, and product displays
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers

• Knowledge of glass, glazing products, or architectural hardware is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required)
