Outside Sales Specialist - Automation (Calgary)
Status: Regular, Full time
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Job Description: The Outside Sales Representative – Automation and Sensors (Edmonton) is responsible for the promotion and sale of products, solutions & services.
Key Areas- Expand the customer portfolio with End-Users and OEMs
- Develop new sales opportunities as well as grow within established accounts
- Present winning value propositions for vendor solutions
- Develop accounts and market strategies for growth
- Independently find, chase and close leads
- Understand relationships, pricing, products in the marketplace
- Team with colleagues and vendors to execute effective projects for clients
- Leverage existing customer relationships to identify good value‑chain opportunities for the company
- Build relationships in which you are viewed as a trusted specialist
- Demonstrate technical background in multiple product lines
- Knowledge of PLC, sensor and control applications
- Strong technical presentation skills
- Solid technical sales skills
- Available to travel occasionally
